We were confronted earlier today about "Jester" by Scotland Yard Official Ness. He told us that they are on Jester's trail and so far nobody has been hurt. He also stated last night he was spotted in the Death tower talking to someone but the Officer who saw it couldn't see who.
Officer Barkly said, "Oi we have been looking for 2 days straight now, not a single time to rest, we must have 50 people after him right now. And those ShadowHand guards they be given me the creeps'. They are hooded so you cant see their faces and dressed all in black and looking at them gives me a chill. They don't talk either. But they are fast, real' fast, we dogs can ant keep up with them at the pace they be goin'. And their leader is the creepiest of all because he talks. Like the others he be hooded but his voice is so deep and dark. I be thinkin' it may be a stunt to scare their prisoners, if you know what I mean. We might as well be wasting our time out here."
Jester mass murderer is still on the lose in Wizard City and the Spiral. We suggest you stay indoors with the doors and windows locked. We don't know what he is capable of.
