High security prisoner James A. SoulCloud, known as mass murderer Jester, escaped from his fully guarded prison cell in The ShadowHand prison. He is well known for murdering the orginal Myth teacher before Cyrus was hired. The ShadowCloud Prison holds as many as 200 high security prisoners all as or more dangerous as Jester. Scotland Yard and the ShadowHand investigators are already on it.
If you see this wizard take extreme precautions and do NOT attempt to use magic on him. Report him to the authorities at once.
We are not aloud to reveal any information about the ShadowHand Prison location or design itself. We don't even know much about it but we can release this picture which we believe would look like the prison.
